We want you to be happy with your CapyFuel order. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU and Maltese/Cypriot consumer law.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Tell us first at [email protected] quoting your order number.

Opened food supplements

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened supplement tubs and pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
