These terms govern your use of capyfuel.com and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

CapyFuel sells sports-nutrition food supplements to consumers in Malta and Cyprus. Full business and VAT details are shown at checkout and on your invoice.

Products & food-supplement notice

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult a doctor before use.

Prices & VAT

Prices are in euro and shown inclusive of the VAT rate for your delivery country (Malta 18%, Cyprus 19%). We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed.

Orders & payment

A contract is formed when we send your order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.

Liability & law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta; consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.
