Pre-launch notice: CapyFuel is not yet selling anything — there is no live checkout, and no order can currently be placed. The terms below describe what will apply once our store opens; they are not in effect today.

These terms will govern your use of capyfuel.com and any purchase you make once ordering is live. By placing an order you will accept them.

Who we are

CapyFuel will sell sports-nutrition food supplements to consumers in Malta and Cyprus once our store opens. Full business and VAT details will be shown at checkout and on your invoice at that point.

Products & food-supplement notice

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult a doctor before use.

Prices & VAT

Prices are in euro and shown inclusive of the VAT rate for your delivery country (Malta 18%, Cyprus 19%). We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed.

Orders & payment

A contract will be formed when we send your order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.

Liability & law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta; consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.
