Refund & returns policy

Pre-launch notice: CapyFuel is not yet selling anything — nothing has ever been delivered, and no order can currently be placed. This policy describes what will apply once our store opens; it is not in effect today.

We want you to be happy with every CapyFuel order. This policy will apply, in addition to your statutory rights under EU and Maltese/Cypriot consumer law, once our store is live.

14-day right of withdrawal

Once our store is live, you will be able to return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Tell us first at [email protected] quoting your order number.

Opened food supplements

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened supplement tubs and pouches will not be returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item ever arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you will be able to contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
