Description

BCAA 2:1:1 Watermelon — branched-chain amino acids, honestly explained

CapyFuel BCAA 2:1:1 in Watermelon delivers branched-chain amino acids — leucine, isoleucine and valine in the classic 2:1:1 ratio — in a light, refreshing drink to sip through training. 30 servings per tub. We’ll be straight with you about what BCAAs are and when they make sense, because honest labelling is part of the brand.

What it is

BCAAs are three of the essential amino acids found in protein-rich foods and in whey. The “2:1:1” refers to the ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine. This is a flavoured intra-workout drink for people who like sipping something during long sessions.

Who it’s for — and an honest note

If you already hit your daily protein target — for example through meals and a whey protein shake (our whey provides around 5.4g of naturally occurring BCAAs per serving) — you may not need a separate BCAA product. We say this plainly: a BCAA drink is mainly a flavour-and-habit choice for long or fasted sessions, not a must-have. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass — so covering your total protein is the priority. See do you need BCAAs if you take whey?

How to use

Mix one serving with 400–500ml of water and sip before or during training. Adjust water to taste.

What’s in it

  • BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine, valine in a 2:1:1 ratio
  • Servings: 30 per tub · Flavour: Watermelon
  • Light, low-calorie intra-workout drink

Frequently asked questions

Do I need BCAAs if I take whey? Often not — whey already contains BCAAs. We explain when they add value (and when they don’t) in this guide.

What’s the difference between EAAs and BCAAs? BCAAs are three of the nine essential amino acids; EAAs include all nine. See EAAs vs BCAAs.
